🔁 Returns

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible:

• The product must be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged

• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return your item. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome:

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part

🚫 Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used Grip Spray Max bottles

• Items returned after 14 days

• Discounted or clearance items (unless faulty)

⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

1. Take clear photos of the issue

2. Email us at info@gripspraymax.com within 48 hours of delivery

3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you
